Director of Marketing

Job description

We weren't mad at coffee, just disappointed. So, we made something better. A blend of lion's mane for focus, cordyceps to support cardio, reishi to handle stress, chaga to support the immune system, and turmeric for inflammatory support. Cacao and a little masala chai do the heavy lifting in the flavor department and with caffeine equivalent to 1/7th of a cup of coffee you don't have to deal with the jitters or worry about sleeping at night.

Sitting in between the most hipster coffee and grandmas tea bag we're building a new category and since launching in May of 2018 we now do well over 7 figures in monthly revenue, serve over 100k active subscribers, and have raised over $10M from VCs like M13, Melitas Ventures, Selva Ventures, Able Partners, 25 Madison, Alpha Bridge and more in our mission to improve the human existence through what we toss in our mugs.

Yes, we are shaking up the snowglobe around how people rise in the morning but, we are equally passionate about rethinking our relationship to work, life, and balance. While you'll have access to our headquarters in Venice Beach, you are encouraged to live where you are happiest. You'll be joining over 20 rockstars (between contractors and full time) spanning 3 countries and 6 states. We meditate together, drink weird shit, cold plunge, surf, bike, and paddle together, do breathwork, eat amazing food, track our sleep, debate wild topics, belly laugh, and learn from one another. Oh, and we’ve taken team trips to Australia, Mammoth, Japan, El Salvador, SF, and Yellowstone and are committed to proving to the world that it's possible to build a company that allows us to live life and not the other way around.

We are a lean team that leverages process, technology, healthy habits, and ambition to maximize the potential of the group with the shared goal of leaving the world a better place than we found it.

Oh yea, every month we donate to M.A.P.S. which is developing therapeutic usage of psychedelics to cure mental illness. Click here to learn more.
