About the Role:
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for shaping and leading the growth of MUD\WTR. This person is knowledgeable in all paid social channels (FB/IG, Adwords, Youtube, SNAP, Pinterest, Tiktok), as well as TV/OTT, Out of Home, and brand partnerships. The VP of Growth is data focused and knowledgable in building out and managing reporting, budgets, CAC:LTV ratios, and will work with the data and accounting team to ensure we are surpassing our goals. This person will work collaboratively with the CEO, agencies, customer support, and marketing team to develop and orchestrate a vision that combines awareness, acquisition, and retention to reach our company goals and improve the LTV:CAC ratio in a way that aligns with budget and company goals.
